A heartfelt thank you to Dr Sam Milliken, who has been an integral part of our Scientific Committee since 2010 and has led the committee since 2013. We are immensely thankful for his experience, perspective, and wisdom as we bid farewell to him from the committee this year. Stepping into this significant leadership role is Dr Venessa Chin, who is already a valuable committee member. Dr Chin is a medical oncologist at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney and a post-doctoral researcher and The Garvan Institute of Medical Research.
Our Scientific Committee, composed of specialists from St Vincent’s Campus and leading universities, is dedicated to reviewing each research application to identify the most outstanding research projects within St Vincent’s Darlinghurst Health Innovation Precinct.
St Vincent’s Clinic Research Foundation grants will open in April 2024, offering opportunities for groundbreaking research.
